Gems and all

Hello readers,
Today's mani was inspired by gems. I was going through my nail art drawers and found some supplies that I have not used in a very long time. So, I decided to put them to use. This mani is very simple. I used WetNWild megalast root of all evil and color club harp on it and of course some gems.

Wow, It's been a long time since I've posted on here.
I've just been sooo busy, but I'm definitely going to be posting more often.

Anyway the reason I came to write to you all was to share my big find at Walgreens.
I know this collection is old but a bargain is a bargain. lol
I scored these Maybelline limited edition color show sequins nail polishes.
I know I am missing a color but hey 7 out of 8 is not bad.  
I bought them for 85 cents each. What a deal!!!! Woohooo!
Can't wait to try these babies out!

DIY Trend Tips

Good Afternoon, 

I know we have all heard about the new manicure trend "Trend Tips".

I decided to try and make my own trend tips using scotch tape, and let me tell you it worked out perfectly. =)

I used: 

Wet n Wild -I need a refresh-mint

OPI- Lucernetainly look marvelous

China Glaze- Some like it haute

I do have a tutorial on this manicure.

Leopard Print & Roses

Good Morning, 

Today's Manicure was inspired by one of Betsey Johnson's print:

 Leopard Print & Roses. 

I used Orly liquid Vinyl as my base, OPI Pink Flamingo 

for the roses and for the 

leopard print I used Americana acrylic paint.

Wet N Wild

Good Afternoon, 

Today I went to Rite Aid and found these new Wet N Wild nail polishes on sale.

Regular price is $1.99 and I got them for $1.29 not much of a difference, but every cent counts! lol

I already swatch-ed these nail polishes and I was amazed how good they are. 

Color payoff is really good got away with two coats. 

Only thing is it has a really thick brush, but I can deal with that for the price.

UPDATE 6/25/2012: I change my mind I love the brush. I think these are my new favorite polishes =D love!

It was only $1.99 it works pretty well no need to spend $8 on an essie matte top coat.

Galaxy Nails

Good Evening, 

Today I finally took a shot at Galaxy nails. 

This is my take on galaxy nails. 

I added little hologram stars just to make the design a little more fun.

I added sooo much glitter it looks amazing with sunlight! =)

I love glitter!
